Villa Monia – Celleri (Carpaneto Piacentino – Piacenza)

Villa Monia is an exclusive villa located in the Piacenza hills, in the locality of Celleri, a fraction of Carpaneto Pacentino, the native town of St. Corrado Confalonieri.
In 1890 in this area of just 8 square kilometers there were 4 mills and several historic buildings including the current Confalonieri Tower (ex Celleri Old Castle), the Pallastrelli Castle and the Parish Church of St. Agnese.
Villa Monia is located in a strategic position to visit the cities of Parma, Cremona, Piacenza and all the surrounding areas such as Milan, Mantova and Reggio Emilia.
The villa is on two floors.
On the ground floor there is the living area with a large and elegant living room with two sofas, a large dining room with an open kitchen and a dining room equipped with household appliances, a bathroom.
The sleeping area is on the first floor with two bathrooms and 4 bedrooms, of which 3 are double and one twin, with the possibility of adding a cot for infant up to 2 years.
The villa enjoys a breathtaking view of the Piacenza hills, has a beautiful garden with patio furnished with outdoor furniture, a private swimming pool, dressing room and shower.

Rates are per night.
A minimum of 7 nights, beginning and ending on Saturday, is required from May 2nd to August 28th.
A minimum of 3 nights is required from 29 August to 2 October, beginning on Saturday.
