This website is the result of a passion for the Holiday Rentals by the owner that for many years, with dedication and experience, has won the trust of tourists that are advised at best, and every year they return as family friends.

Italianrenthouse.com is owned by the Renthouse and was born in 2002 in Ischia, in collaboration with the American tour operators in the industry.

Where our rent houses are

The company started initially focusing its core business on accommodation located in Ischia, famous Italian tourism destination, the biggest isle of Naples Bay, and in subsequent years has acquired other properties, thanks to the trust of the owners.

The apartments and houses are available in various types, from classic to elegant, some have large terraces overlooking the sea, where you can organize events.

Since 2005, Italian Rent House has acquired other homes in the isles of Capri and Procida, in the Amalfi Coast and Sorrento Peninsula.

In 2011, due to the considerable demands of customers in other Italians places , apartments and homes were acquired in the Apennines of Abruzzo, both at sea and in the mountains, where you have holiday houses and cottages in the area of Roccaraso and Parco Nazionale d’Abruzzo, historic homes, villas and farm holidays located on the hills between vineyards and olive groves overlooking the coast, from Alba Adriatica, passing to Francavilla al Mare, reaching up to Vasto.

This great expansion and availability of homes for holiday allowed us to become a reference point for customers, who appreciate every day the seriousness and the dedication shown.

Customer’s quality and care

In the data base of housing, there are accommodations inspected by the staff, and subjected to strict quality parameters, even with facilities for people with disabilities.

The staff of Italian Rent House will take care of your entire holiday, from booking to delivery of the keys, as well as the booking of any transfer and final cleaning of apartments.
