Mare Azzurro Apartment – Duino-Aurisina (Trieste)

Mare Azzurro apartment is located in Duino-Aurisina, in the Gulf of Trieste, a short distance from Trieste and the borders with Slovenia and the Istrian peninsula, overlooking the beautiful bay of Sistiana, a seaside destination much appreciated by tourists in the heart of the coast of Friuli Venezia Giulia.
The area offers beautiful beaches and many possibilities for water sports, boating, wellness, bike, entertainment and culture.
It is advisable to visit the nearby Duino Castle, from whose inlet between the New and the Old Castle you can see the rock of Dante, so called because it was chosen by the poet as a place to meditate.
Other recommended excursions are the Miramare Castle at 15 km, the Military Memorial of Redipuglia at 30 km, the Foibe di Basovizza at about 30 km, the Risiera di San Sabba (former Nazi concentration camp) in Trieste.
Mare Azzurro apartment is spread over two levels.
On the ground floor there is the living area with a large living room with double sofa bed, kitchenette equipped with appliances and a complete bathroom with shower.
On the first floor there is the sleeping area with two bedrooms, one double and one single with a pull-out bed, and a full bathroom with shower.
Outdoor patio with table and chairs.

Rates are per night for a minimum of 3 nights from May 14th to June 17th and from September 17th to 30th.
Minimum 7 nights from June 18th to September 16th.
Check-in and check-out flexible.

The prices includes:
bed and bath linen;
energy, water and gas consumption;
Wi-Fi;
parking area;
swimming pool (not far from the apartment);
entertainment (not far from the apartment).

The price doesn’t include:
Tourist tax € 0.90 per person per day
Cot € 10 per day
Refundable security deposit € 500.
Note: The final cleaning of the apartment is the responsibility of the customer, otherwise the amount of € 150 will be deducted from the security deposit.
