Villa Ulivo – Alghero (Sardinia)

Villa Ulivo is located in a valley a short distance from Alghero, on the west coast of Sardinia with views of the sea, the surrounding countryside and the city of Alghero.
In a privileged position for a relaxing holiday, for bathing by the sea and for visiting Alghero and the surrounding attractions such as the Nuragic complex of Palmavera and Nettuno caves.
The villa is surrounded by 12 hectares of olive groves and is on two floors.
On the ground floor there is the living room with double sofa bed, eat-in kitchen equipped with appliances, one double room and one twin room, a bathroom.
On the first floor, which is accessed via an internal staircase, there are the living room, two other bedrooms, of which one double and one twin, a bathroom.
At guests’ disposal: patio furnished with outdoor furniture, table and chairs for outdoor lunches and dinners, private swimming pool with hydromassage.

Rates 2025:
Rates are for a minimum of 5 nights from April 1st to May 31st and from October 1st to 31st.
Rates are for a minimum of 7 nights from June 1st to September 30th
Beginning and end of stay on Saturday.

Check-in: 15:00-18:00 from April 1st to June 30th and from September 1st to October 31st.
Check-in: 16:00-19:00 from July 1st to August 31st.
Check-out: 10:00am

The price doesn’t include:
Forfait for gas, water and energy consumptions, final cleaning, bed linen and towels € 230 per week
Pool towels € 5 per person
Cot € 20 per week
The kitchenette, fridge and dishes must be returned clean otherwise € 50 will be deducted from the deposit.
Refundable deposit € 500.
Pet cleaning (on request) €15 per day
